This song, written in 1999, was my reaction to that exasperating word often used in
self-denial. Many people (myself included) are often "fine" even when it's
apparent to others (and to ourselves) that we are not.
At the time it was written, I recall being exasperated by people around me who were suffering in silence.
"Bury your head in sand,
Sail away to your dreamland.
Keep on moving so you don't have to think,
Close your eyes so you don't have to blink..."
